The Conference fee includes free entrance to the reception and complementary coffee or tea during the symposium.

Please notice:
Please notice that payments less a processing fee of EUR 30 will be refunded provided a written cancellation is received by DPG until 30 March 2013. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellation after 30 March 2013. To have your accepted paper included in the conference proceedings you have to have paid the conference fee by March 30, 2013.
In case that the convenor has to cancel the conference the fees will be refunded by DPG to registered participants. Further costs not handled by DPG like travelling costs, costs for flights or hotels will not be refunded. Therefore, please secure this costs by an appropriate insurancy.
